I am pleased to say that we have made many friends on the way and have been asked on numerous occasions to build an apartment block in the south Pattaya area. The market continues to grow and the foreign interest and investment into Thailand seems currently unstoppable.

The plans have been drawn and will be released soon on demand. We are currently asking all interested parties for purchase off the plan to contact us for more information and how to proceed with deposits.

49% of the apartments can be sold in the foreigners name the other 51% will be Thai company ownership or Thai national ownership. We can only advise that first come first served issue will apply to this ownership law.
