Our Designs
The pictures below are of the show house in Nong Ba Lai, North Pattaya, Thailand.
The location is set 15 min drive from the town center and shops and 7 mins drive from the closest beach.
There are currently 6 designs available: 1 bedroom apartments at THB 2.5 million, 2 bedroom townhouses
at THB 3.8 million, up to 4 bedroom houses at THB 10 million. All are U.K. standard.
We are well aware that all buyers have different needs, so should the location not suit your tastes,
please contact us about building our designs on your own land plot.
One thing that people do agree on, is that the British build standard is one of the best in the world
and Tudor Villas has built enough examples to demonstrate that fact.
